Leo Weekly 02/27/2017 – 03/05/2017.

World domination tour, activate! This Monday, February 27 make-it-happen Mars and changemaker Uranus share a flight path through Aries and your globetrotting ninth house. Where on Google’s green Earth will you drop your next pin—or should we say, pins—Leo? With these bolt-from-the-blue planets in cahoots, a travel opportunity could land in your lap. Or, you may suddenly decide to YOLO it up, pack a suitcase and hop on an international flight. Even if you’re grounded at home base, proactively reach out to friends and colleagues in other ports. Before you know it, you could be pooling funds to rent a villa (with enough people, more doable than you think) or plotting out ideas for an import-export business with an overseas friend. Enterprising ideas will pour in a mile a minute early this week—and one might be worth testing out as a side hustle. A media project may take flight; or you could finally get the boost you need to enroll in a course of education that will bump you up to a higher pay grade. If you’re happily ensconced at your 9-5, adopt an “intrapreneurial” attitude. Pitch a project or head up a steering committee. Act as if you own the place (because in a figurative sense, you probably do, Boss) and take the reins on an independent effort.

But hold off on the Tweets and PR blasts! Loose-lipped Jupiter in your TMI third house is sitting across from the Mars-Uranus duo. Sharing with the general public could rile up some competition and even bring a hater out of the woodwork. They’re only jealous, it’s true, but you don’t need that negative energy directed your way, just as you’re about to take a leap. Also, on Thursday, the Sun and nebulous Neptune meet up in your eighth house of secrets, cautioning against being too trusting. Only people who solidly have your back should be let in on classified information. Gauging trustworthiness will be tricky with the Sun and Neptune here and you could easily be charmed by a slick sales pitch or Svengali type. You should even be discerning with friends, neighbors, siblings and coworkers. Unless they are in a good space themselves, keep your news to yourself. You’ll be able to share your dreams later, when you are further along in your process. The Jupiter opposition may also be distracting, causing you to overthink, second-guess or even compromise your REAL vision for something that feels easier and more immediate. Don’t settle, Leo! Your true desires will require a longer timeline and heftier investment. But in the end, you’ll wind up with exactly what you want. THAT is the goal.

Saturday brings another internal shift when amorous Venus turns retrograde until April 15. The backspin begins in Aries and your ninth house of truth and optimism, then slips back into Pisces and your intimate eighth house on April 2. Have you been using positive thinking to try to sidestep a conflict in a relationship, Leo? You can’t cheer yourself out of your honest feelings or put off speaking up because you don’t want to rock the boat! Stop painting sunshine over a legit issue and start addressing it directly. Venus retrogrades bring a golden opportunity to refine, revise and review. While broaching certain topics will be uncomfortable, once you open the floodgates, you’ll feel so relieved! How can you move forward with loved ones unless you’re being heard? In all your closest connections, it’s time to put long-range goals on the table and see how they align. Though you may discover you want different things, that doesn’t portend a breakup. Use the next six weeks to cleverly brainstorm ways you can support each other’s dreams—which might mean living in separate cities or reconfiguring finances temporarily while one of you invests in a course of study. Are you still ruminating over the one that got away? Venus’ pivot could bring an old flame back into the picture; perhaps someone who moved away. If the connection is still strong, consider taking a trek for an in-person reunion this spring. A long-distance relationship, while not ideal, might be worth a try.
